Take a real break for lunch – Eating your lunch quickly in front of your computer or in your car on the way to a meeting may lead to you eat more than you would if you took your time. Make sure you make time for yourself; you’ll be more productive and healthier.
Stash safe snacks – When cravings hit mid-afternoon, make sure you have healthy snacks handy so you aren’t tempted by whatever you can find. Have many filling, high-fiber, low-calorie snacks available (VitaTop anyone?).
BYOB—Bring Your Own Breakfast – Skipping breakfast can make you overdo it at lunch. Starting the day off with a healthy breakfast keeps you energized. If mornings are too hectic, keep your breakfast at work so you never forget it.
