Registration for Healthcare Professionals

We receive sample/sponsorship requests from various organizations and professionals from the health & fitness industries. We carefully review each applicant’s request in order to focus our resources towards individuals or organizations that will align best with our goals and initiatives.

Please complete and submit all preliminary forms in order to register your request for samples or in-kind donations. All concluding forms should be completed and submitted after your samplings have been distributed to your intended audience. 

Be sure to submit your request a minimum of 4 weeks before the products are needed. Please note that a request will not be accepted if received less than 4 weeks prior to when the product is needed.  

Vitalicious has a monthly quota of samples and in-kind donations available. If you or your organization is approved, the products and/or informative materials will be given on a first come first serve basis, so submit your request as early as possible. 

You will only be contacted if your application has received approval. A liaison will contact you and assist you with the necessary arrangements to ensure that products are shipped, delivered and handled accordingly. 

We review request once a month. Please allow up to 4 weeks for a liaison to contact you regarding your successful application.
