A. If your order is being shipped to the Midwest or West Coast and you are ordering a perishable product UPS Ground is not available because UPS Ground shipments can take up to 4-5 days to arrive, and our perishable products will begin to mold in 4-5 days if they are not kept in a freezer.
Q: What can cause a delay with processing my order?
There are several things that may cause a delay with the receipt of your order. Customers may enter an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if you do not select your flavors for our specialty packs.
