Healthy Recipe: VitaBun Tuna Melt

Ingredients:

  • 1 VitaBun

  • 1/4 cup canned Tuna in water

  • 1 tspn light mayo

    1 slice of fat-free American cheese

    Pinch of grated carrot and parsley (optional)
 

Makes Two VitaBun Tuna Melts

Instructions:

Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

With a knife, carefully slice the VitaBun in half to create 2 VitaBun slices.

Mix Tuna, mayo, and grated carrot and parsley

Place the mixed tuna salad on top of each slice of the VitaBun.

Place cheese evenly over the VitaBun.

Bake until the cheese is melted (approximately 5 minutes).
