Ingredients:
1 package of
DeepChocolate VitaMuffin Mix
2 egg whites
1 1/4 cup water
3 oz. M&M'S® Chocolate Mini Baking Bits
Toppings:
8 oz. Cool Whip Free® topping
1 piece of black licorice cut into 12
pieces
Small tube of red cake decorating gel |

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line standard muffin pan with baking cups
(for best results use only foil baking cups). Set aside.
In large
mixing bowl combine
DeepChocolate VitaMuffin Mix, water and egg whites in large bowl. Add
M&M'S® Chocolate Mini Baking Bits. Mix well.
Scoop
DeepChocolate VitaMuffin Mix into baking cups Bake for about 25 minutes.
Allow thorough cooling.
Dip muffins, top side down into whipped
topping "frosting." Decorate each frosted cupcake with scary red gel "veins"
and dark licorice "pupils." Enjoy!
